Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  The refund policy applies only in case the extension to be refunded has been purchased at store.webbytroops.com website.

Installation Service, Custom Development Service and other services Webbytroops provides are not refundable after the service has been provided to a customer.

All refund requests should be sent via our Contact us form. It takes up to 2 business days to process a refund. All the copies of WebbyTroops software must be removed before the request is sent.
